Terms & Conditions – Odyssey Retreat

Our objective is to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for all guests.
For any issues or concerns during your stay, please contact the Resort Manager at Reception.

All registered guests must present a valid Indian Government-issued ID at check-in.
Guests booking and staying must be 21 years of age or older.

Children below 18 years must be accompanied by at least one adult, preferably a parent or guardian, at all times.
Pricing (Day Out / Stay):
- Children under 5 years: Complimentary
- Children aged 5–10 years: 60% of the package price
- Children 10 years and above: Full package price

Rooms are equipped with standard amenities, available only during your reserved check-in and check- window.
All guests must check in before 6 PM. Late check-ins after 6 PM are not permitted.

The management is not responsible for any damages, losses, injuries, accidents, theft, fire, flood, or acts of nature occurring within resort premises.

Guests must maintain decorum and respect at all times.
Unruly behaviour or misconduct may result in guests being asked to leave without a refund.

Participation in adventure activities involves inherent risks. Guests participate entirely at their own risk.
Guests with physical, psychological, or medical limitations should not participate.
Individuals under the influence of alcohol are prohibited from participating.
Children under 8 years are not permitted to engage in adventure activities.
All activities must be conducted under supervision of the adventure crew. Independent attempts are prohibited.
Each activity is limited to one attempt per guest.
Activities may be delayed or canceled due to weather or technical issues.

The wave pool operates daily from 4:00 PM to 4:20 PM (minimum 20 guests required).
Diving in the swimming pool is strictly prohibited.
Children under 10 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the pool at all times.

Alcohol is permitted only in designated areas.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited near the swimming pool, dining hall, reception, game stations, multi-utility hall, and rain dance area.
Guests who have consumed alcohol may not use the pool or participate in adventure activities.

Food is served only at scheduled timings.
Outside food, beverages, liquor, and soft drinks are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Taking food out of the restaurant is not permitted.

Drugs, hookah, and all other illicit substances are strictly banned. Legal action will be taken against violators.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Driver/assistant meals are chargeable; rates available at Reception.
Services or items outside your package will be charged separately.
On-demand campfires for stay guests are available at ₹500, subject to availability.

A 50% advance payment of the proforma invoice is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at check-in.

The Odyssey Retreat strictly prohibits all illegal activities on its premises. Management will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
