- Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled visit, outing, or event date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled date of arrival or check-in are not eligible for any refund or adjustment.
- No adjustments will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of cancellation.
- Charges will be applied based on the minimum number of guaranteed guests.
