Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy

• In case of a cancellation, 3 days prior to the date of the visit/outing/event notice must be given to avail the 50% refund, or there shall be no refund.
• In case of a Cancellation any later than 3 days prior to the date of visit/outing/event there will not be any kind of Refund & NO adjustments for late arrivals or early departures.
• Billing will be made for the minimum number of people guaranteed.
• If guests are found to be of unruly behavior/disturbing other clients/creating nuisance, the Resort staff and the management have the right to stop and if the behavior goes beyond control the clients will be asked to leave the site without any refund of amount.
• Quiet hours will be maintained between 10pm & 8am because of the open design of the resort, sound can travel a distance. Please minimize sound since it might disturb other guests and surrounding areas.
• Liability: the management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property including theft, fire, flood, wind, or any act of god that may occur within the resort.
• Illegal Activity: The Odyssey Retreat will not permit illegal activity anywhere in the property, management and staff will assist the police in every possible way (including testifying) to convict anyone performing illegal acts or engaging in illegal activity within the premises.
• If allergic to any kind of food or drink, please check with the managers before consumption if doubtful.
• Adventure Activities: we would like to inform you that, there may be a factor of risk involved therefore ride at your own risk , please note in case of any accidents The Odyssey Retreat is not liable as you are taking part in the activities at your own will. If you possess any psychological or physical or medical limitation, or not willing to assume risk, or not confident, or not accepting the difficulty of adventure activities, or under the influence of alcohol, please do not take part in the adventure activities. Kids below 8 years not recommended/suggested/allowed to participate in adventure activity.

Child policy: (Day-Out / stay)

• KIDS below 5yrs will be complimentary &Childrens between 5yrs to 10yrs will be charged 60% of the package price & 10yrs & above will be charged at full price.
• Camping stay for below 12yrs Childrens are not Allowed/Recommended/Suggested, If Occupied full charges will be applicable.
• The Odyssey Retreat will not recommend any Adventure Activities for kids for the below 5 years; Childrens 5years and above can only be participate by the parents or guardians risks.
